Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact our head office via email with your proof of purchase attached and before the download link is being sent to your email, which the email will be sent to you on the next business day. You will be refunded with the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
